The Contributers



Kristin from Once A Mother


Kristin lost her precious daughter, Peyton Elizabeth, after a hard fought battle with Infant Leukemia at just 28 days old.

Moping, coping and hoping through the loss of her only child, Kristin's blog is a tribute to Peyton's too short life, and an account through poetry and prose through every part of this grief journey.

Struggling now with infertility, Kristin also writes about her hopes for a rainbow baby of her own.

To honor Peyton's memory, she and her husband have set up www.doinggoodinhername.com, an initiative to assist other critically ill infants and their families.




Mother to a beautiful little boy Joshua and a precious little girl Charlie who is dancing her name across the sky in heaven.

Sky lost Charlie in her 19th week of her pregnancy due to Hydrocephalus/Turners Syndrome.

Sky writes on her blog and shares her feelings and emotions that come with losing a child.

Sky is currently trying to conceive their third child.




Sally from Tuesday's Hope

Mother to her precious baby girl Hope Angel who was born sleeping on the 19th August 2008 at 40 weeks and 5 days. As Sally writes herself, Hope was born beautiful and perfect - just not breathing.

Sally writes her heart on her blog. Her words are raw, beautiful and real. Sally may have lost Hope but she never lost hope. Sally welcomed her little baby boy Angus Leo into the world in November 2009.


Sophie from Faraday's Garden

Mother to three beautiful children, Caelan, Jordan and Jasper. Jordan Faraday passed away at the age of five and a half months. Her short life has touched many and you can read more about her on Sophie's blog where she writes out her grief. Sophie tells of beautiful encounters she has had with dragonflies and how she relates them to her precious daughter.

Sophie welcomed her little boy Jasper Edward into the world in October 2009.



Carly from Love Reign Over Me

Mother to three beautiful girls Scarlett, River and little Ocea here on Earth and one little boy named Christian that is growing healthy, happy and whole in Heaven.

Carly lost Christian to Hydrocephalus just before she reached her 3rd trimester.

Carly writes on her blog when she finds the time. She is the founder of To Write Their Names In The Sand and co-founder of Whispered Support.
